Lester Glenn Subaru Management Team

Adam is the third generation operator of Lester Glenn Auto Group. Following the footsteps of his father, Stanley Kraushaar, and his grandfather, Lester Glenn, Adam grew up working summer jobs in various dealership departments. After college, Adam pursued a career on Wall Street for 16 years. In November, 2006, Adam joined his family and the Lester Glenn team with ambitions to expand the Lester Glenn Auto Group footprint. In 2007, after his father, Stanley, retired, Adam assumed his role as President and Owner of Lester Glenn Auto Group. He is dedicated to preaching and practicing the same founding principles of doing everything possible to take care of our customer, and treating them with dignity and respect.

I've spent over 39 years in the automotive industry, starting right out of high school and working my way through every level of dealership operations the old fashioned way, by doing the work, learning the process, and earning each step forward.

Today, as Director of Fixed Operations at Lester Glenn Auto Group, I oversee 12 franchises across 12 locations and one of the largest collision centers in the Northeast, helping support a team of nearly 600 employees. My focus is on building strong processes, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer "experience" at every touch point.

I take pride in the culture we've built at Lester Glenn and the results that follow. I've always believed that leadership is about the team, not the individual. One of the principles I live by is simple: "You're only as successful as the people you surround yourself with."

Jamie joined the Lester Glenn Subaru team as our General Manager in January, 2016 with many years of experience in the automotive industry and the Subaru brand. He is happily married and has two handsome sons with his wife. Jamie is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and calls Point Pleasant, NJ his home. When he's not at our dealership, he's enjoying time with his family, spending time at the beach or working on making his next bottle of homemade wine!
