Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have created a set of guidelines for our customers and team members to follow. These guidelines were created in coordination with federal and state guidelines for social distancing and providing a safe environment for customers and team members.

- A limited number of appointments will be available for customers looking to wait on-site until their service is completed. This is to ensure proper social distancing protocols in our service lounge.
- Appointments where you drop-off your vehicle for the day and wait off-site are still recommended to reduce interaction with other customers and Lester Glenn team members.
- For drop-off appointments, vehicle keys can be dropped off the night before your scheduled appointment using our night drop box located near our service entrance door.
