To assist in maintaining a safe service experience for our customers and our team, we have created a touch-free service experience when you visit our Lester Glenn Subaru Service Center.

From dropping off your vehicle, to paying for your vehicle's service, enjoy a no-contact Lester Glenn Service Experience!

Have your vehicle serviced in five safe and simple steps:
 Drop Off Your Vehicle, Place Keys In Drop Deposit
When you arrive at our dealership the night before your scheduled service time, please park your vehicle in a spot outside of our service drive-thru area and place your keys in the drop deposit located in that area. This will ensure as limited in-person contact as possible between our customers and our team.
 A Service Representative Will Be In Touch
After your vehicle is received by a service advisor on our team and we have more information on the services required for your vehicle, a member of our team will be in touch with an estimate for time, cost and be able to answer any questions you have!
 Receive Your Invoice Via Text/Email
When your vehicle's service is completed, a service advisor will reach out to you via text message and/or email with a copy of your invoice detailing the final cost and a list of all approved completed work.
 Pay By Credit Card Online
Included in your emailed and/or text messaged version of the invoice you receive from your service advisor will be the ability to sign the invoice and pay online using a credit card. No need to come into our showroom to pick up your paperwork or pay! You can now pay before you return to our service center and from the comfort and safety of your home.
 Schedule A Time To Pick Up Your Vehicle
Service completed? Invoice signed? Paid online? Your vehicle will now be ready for pick-up! A service advisor will coordinate a time to pick up your vehicle and have your vehicle waiting for you to drive home. No need to come into our service center to retrieve your paperwork or keys!




An Update Regarding Service Appointments Due To COVID-19 Pandemic


Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have created a set of guidelines for our customers and team members to follow. These guidelines were created in coordination with federal and state guidelines for social distancing and providing a safe environment for customers and team members.

For The Safety Of Our Team and Customers
  • A limited number of appointments will be available for customers looking to wait on-site until their service is completed. This is to ensure proper social distancing protocols in our service lounge.
  • Appointments where you drop-off your vehicle for the day and wait off-site are still recommended to reduce interaction with other customers and Lester Glenn team members. 
  • For drop-off appointments, vehicle keys can be dropped off the night before your scheduled appointment using our night drop box located near our service entrance door.
